The Property

This impressive waterside townhouse comprises four wonderfully presented bedrooms, situated across three floors to ensure flexible sleeping arrangements to suit the needs of your group with the convenience of a lift for ease of access for all.

Private parking for 2 cars is located immediately outside the Property. A mooring may be available on request.

The accommodation is spacious with wonderful open plan kitchen/dining area with sliding doors which open out onto a private balcony with spectacular panoramic views of Kingsbridge estuary and the surrounding countryside. 

The second balcony is off the well proportioned sitting room on the second floor so you can soak in the beautiful surroundings and watch the world go by.

Kingsbridge town centre is located a 5-minute walk away and The Crabshell, a water fronted restaurant and bar (serving the best pizzas) is only a 2 minute stroll from the Property.

On the ground floor is the master bedroom with wonderful views over the water. The bedrom has fitted wardrobes and a fully tiled en-suite wet room with basin, toilet, large mirror and heated towel rail.

A further double bedroom and family bathroom are adjacent; the bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with shower over, toilet, basin and heated towel rail. All bedding and towels including The White Company branded toiletries are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

We provide hairdryers in all bedrooms.

On the first floor is the open plan kitchen dining room with sliding doors providing access to the balcony where you can sit and watch the Rivermaid passenger ferry which makes (seasonal) daily trips between Kingsbridge and Salcombe. Also many boat and enthusiastic paddle boarders can be seen heading out on the water to make the most of the tides.

The contemporary kitchen includes; fridge, freezer, microwave, fan oven, hob, Nespresso Coffee machine, toaster, kettle, utensils an upboards incldng serving dishes, crockery and a few little extras.

The utility cupboard is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Also on this floor is the third double bedroom with en-suite shower room which comprises another fully tiled room with basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

Rising to the third floor is a wonderfully spacious sitting room with sliding doors opening to the second balcony where during the warmer months you can enjoy a glass of fizz overlooking the water.

Also on this floor is the fourth bedroom which is a twin bedroom fitted with twin beds that can be pushed together or left as singles. It also has an en-suite shower room with basin and toilet.

Other Points to Note

There is an internal lift through all floors of the property.

3 The Boatyard is child friendly but we do suggest that you accompany small children on the balconies at all times for safety.

Smoking is not permitted in the Property.

We will allow 1 x well behaved dog but please do message prior to booking and advise what breed your pooch is. A small chargeable fee of £30 per visit  is applicable. Please can you pay before your arrival.

We also have a few other essential items such as Nespresso coffee machine, Hairdryers and toiletries.

Pick up and drop off - if you are travelling down by train or bus transport can be arranged;
