  •  Full management of bookings and changeovers;

    • Provision of linen and laundry hire or purchase
    • Repairs and renewals

    • Hot tub and swimming pool management
    • Branded toiletries provision (e.g. The White Company, Molton Brown)
    • Welcome hamper
    • Window cleaning
    • Chimney sweeping
    • Concierge services (in-house chef services, spa beauty therapy services and babysitting)
  •  Key holding;
    • Periodic property checks for insurance purposes
  •  To be on hand for guest liaison and callouts (including out of hour emergencies).

We carry out an opening inventory upon taking on the property which is then used at each changeover by our housekeeping team with an auditable checklist so as to record the condition of the property alongside a photographic schedule.
